GEG Coordinator – Video Games Research Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Recruit suitable participants for Interpret’s qualitative research utilizing the Good Gamer Group panel.

• Implement study-specific qualifications, quotas, subquotas, and group specifics to align with research requirements.

• Code screener surveys through Alchemer (previously known as SurveyGizmo).

• Acquire basic CRM skills and employ email/SMS marketing to drive screener responses.

• Monitor project advancements in Microsoft Excel by using basic data manipulation and functions.

• Vet candidates via phone or video to verify their eligibility.

• Organize and confirm participation schedules with recruits.

• Dispatch emails and make reminder calls to ensure strong attendance.

• For hybrid employees, occasional travel to Interpret playtesting labs or client sites for check-ins and light IT tasks.

• Excellent phone etiquette, personal organization, and technological proficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks within strict deadlines.

• Preferably possesses general knowledge of gaming and major game franchises.

• A strong passion for the gaming industry is highly desirable.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to operate under tight timelines.

• Strong phone and customer service abilities.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is beneficial; training will be offered.

• General understanding of the gaming market and major genres/franchises across PC, console, and mobile platforms.

• Willingness to learn new software.
