This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing goals to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Establish strong partnerships with customers and accounts while creating a high-quality territory plan.
• Design pre-call strategies and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales performance continuously.
• Address the needs, expectations, and challenges of key stakeholders to foster trusted relationships.
• Implement a call plan that meets established metrics and optimizes coverage of key customers.
• Gain insights into customer needs, the territory landscape, competitors, market segments, dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise.
• Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members to align on environmental changes and enhance brand strategy execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition among healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain disease state experts and advocates to optimize brand performance.
• Center patient needs in all initiatives while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven success in sales along with strong presentation abilities.
• Exceptional skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• A strong desire to take on challenges and achieve success.
• Excellent business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate potential outcomes from both customer and competitive perspectives.

• Comfortable with technology and adept at using various tools and systems for daily tasks.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including overnight trips.
