Game Development Segment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and roadmap for the AWS gaming segment.

• Cultivate relationships with AWS's gaming team, GameLift, gaming ISV/partner organizations, and AWS SAs focused on gaming.

• Propel partnership initiatives with gaming systems integrators.

• Conduct technical gap analyses related to SDK support across Unity, Unreal, and Godot.

• Negotiate MNDAs and agreements while overseeing joint go-to-market strategies.

• Develop and manage a co-sell pipeline in collaboration with AWS gaming account teams via ACE.

• Identify and address gaps in Supabase's product offerings tailored for gaming.

• Advocate for the gaming initiative in AWS SCA and funding discussions.

• Supply data and narratives to bolster investment requests.

• Collaborate with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably with AWS or another leading provider.

• Previous experience in the gaming industry is highly advantageous.

• Proven ability to manage intricate, multi-stakeholder partner relationships.

• Competence in understanding SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical go-to-market strategies.

• Strong skills in program management.

• Demonstrated success in executing co-marketing and co-sell initiatives that positively impact revenue.

• In-depth knowledge of partner attribution and reporting.

• High level of autonomy and external credibility.

• Familiarity with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus.
