This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist Turkish teams in the development of successful casual puzzle titles.
• Collaborate closely with external development teams and studio managers.
• Generate ideas, create, and analyze both existing and upcoming puzzle games.
• Design captivating and challenging core gameplay loops, player experiences, and monetization strategies.
• Partner with external studios in Turkey throughout the new game development process, from initial concepts to playable builds.
• Develop new mechanics that enhance depth and progression while adhering to the game’s design philosophy.
• Assess player data, identify trends, and optimize level funnels to improve retention and monetization.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure alignment with overall product objectives.
• Keep track of top-performing games to gain insights into market trends.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a game designer or in a related field.
• Proven expertise in game design, with the capability to contribute across mechanics, systems, progression, and player experience.
• Ability to confidently utilize data and player insights to pinpoint design issues and propose solutions.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders to align design with product vision.
• Advanced analytical skills with a knack for recognizing patterns and trends.
• Experience in balancing levels and optimizing funnels.
• Fluency in Turkish and capable of effectively communicating with Turkish-speaking studio teams.
