Fusion Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, troubleshoot, and address challenges within the Oracle EBS suite.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Lead the delivery of technical projects and coordinate efforts with IT teams and external vendors.

• Oversee the architecture, validation, and deployment lifecycle of Fusion Cloud modules.

• Continuously learn about and assess new Oracle Fusion Cloud products and features.

• Create a strategic vision and roadmap for migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to product owners and business stakeholders.

• Utilize Agile Scrum frameworks to execute high-impact projects and enhance systems.

• Manage implementation, operations, and project deliverables in collaboration with vendors and business leads.

• Enhance development practices, CI/CD processes, and procedures for Oracle EBS/CPQ.

• Inspire and lead the team within an agile and innovative culture.

• Communicate risks and issues to leadership while recommending effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of professional experience in IT.

• More than 5 years of experience leading Oracle EBS projects.

• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects.

• Demonstrated ability to design, troubleshoot, and solve problems within the Oracle EBS suite.

• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Proficient in Agile Scrum frameworks.

• Capacity to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Skill in building and maintaining working relationships with business contacts, IT developers, and external partners.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage with both business and technical audiences.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent thinking and problem-solving.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to propose creative solutions.

• Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction, emerging technologies, automation, and AI capabilities.
