This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in the preparation of precise quotes and orders.

β€’ Liaise with vendors to verify order specifics and follow up on acknowledgments.

β€’ Keep client interactions and order-status records updated in internal systems.

β€’ Support the sales team by overseeing small to mid-sized projects under guidance.

β€’ Organize and color-code floor plans and product counts for client presentations.

β€’ Aid in the creation of sales reports and documentation for meetings.

β€’ Request and monitor Certificates of Insurance for project installations.

β€’ Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.

β€’ Prepare installation materials, manage punch lists, and assist in resolving discrepancies.

β€’ Collaborate with Senior Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

β€’ Confirm purchase orders and vendor acknowledgments.

β€’ Create and manage requests for vendor deposits.

β€’ Address acknowledgment discrepancies and keep order-status reports updated.

β€’ Generate Operations requests and assist with the preparation of installation packages.

β€’ Maintain documentation for punch lists and oversee punch-list items.

β€’ Create laser and RA tickets as necessary to initiate freight claims.

β€’ Invoice clients upon delivery and installation.

β€’ Manage follow-up orders and maintain client communication post-installation.

β€’ Set up new customers and vendors.

β€’ Request warranty details.

β€’ Compile Product Mix Reports.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School diploma plus 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is preferred.

β€’ Experience with Steelcase and Hedberg is a must.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

β€’ Demonstrated initiative and proactive thinking.

β€’ Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

β€’ Proven organizational and time management skills.

β€’ Strong critical thinking abilities to address and resolve issues.

β€’ Understanding of and commitment to meeting deadlines.

β€’ Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
