Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects utilizing NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators.

• Serve as the functional lead, guiding the overall solution while managing daily operations and customer relationships.

• Assist customers and project teams in identifying use cases and desired business outcomes.

• Facilitate the transition of customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner-funding Purchase Orders (POs), defining project roles and responsibilities, and leading kickoff sessions and client onboarding.

• Plan, track, and manage project financials, scope, and timelines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and manage operational aspects of the project.

• Organize or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Supervise NeuraFlash project team members responsible for delivering the solution.

• Present documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closure.

• Keep abreast of internal Agentic Division initiatives, products, and solutions to promote innovation and enhance project efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery leader managing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms across all stages of project delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for audiences at all levels.

• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.

• Proven experience in leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.

• Familiarity with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting processes.

• Possession of Salesforce Admin certification along with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.

• A demonstrated history of drafting SOWs and Change Requests and managing project scope effectively.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management is preferred.
