Functional Lead, AI – Agentforce Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, with a focus on initiatives utilizing NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators.

• Serve as the functional lead, guiding the overall solution while managing everyday tasks and customer relationships.

• Assist customers and the NeuraFlash team in identifying use cases and desired business outcomes.

• Facilitate the transition of customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner-funding Purchase Orders (POs), defining project roles and responsibilities, and leading kickoff and client onboarding processes.

• Plan, oversee, and manage project financials, scope, and timelines effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis.

• Organize or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Supervise NeuraFlash project team members responsible for delivering solutions.

• Document and report on measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closure.

• Remain updated on internal initiatives, products, and solutions to encourage innovation and improve project efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery leader managing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms through all project delivery phases.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging with audiences at all levels.

• Background in a professional services or consulting environment.

• Proven experience as a project manager or scrum leader in delivery roles.

• Familiarity with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting processes.

• Possession of Salesforce Admin certification along with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.

• Successful history of authoring SOWs and Change Requests while managing project scope.
