Functional Consultant, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements from clients.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Work alongside technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet client needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training sessions.

• Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions fulfill requirements and are free of errors.

• Offer ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and achieve project milestones.

• Document processes, configurations, and customizations.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal creation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech sector.

• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, ideally in ERP, CRM, or other business applications.

• Understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze and document intricate requirements.

• Project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages, such as German and/or French, is a plus.

• High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
