Functional Consultant, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements from clients.

• Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Work alongside technical teams to design and configure solutions that fulfill customer requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

• Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions align with requirements and are free of errors.

• Offer continuous customer support, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Liaise with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and achieve project milestones.

• Document processes, configurations, and customizations.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.

• Undertake other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech sector.

• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, ideally in ERP, CRM, or other business applications.

• Familiarity with business processes and the ability to analyze and document complex requirements.

• Project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Additional European languages such as German and/or French are advantageous.

• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
