Functional Consultant – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess business requirements from clients.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams to design and set up customer solutions.

• Lead product demonstrations and conduct training sessions for customers.

• Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure requirements are fulfilled and solutions are free of errors.

• Offer continuous customer support, resolve issues, and execute enhancements.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to align expectations and achieve project milestones.

• Document processes, configurations, and custom modifications.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including delivering solution presentations and developing proposals.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech sector.

• Experience in enterprise software implementation projects, ideally in ERP, CRM, or other business applications.

• Strong understanding of business processes with the capability to analyze and document complex requirements.

• Project management expertise.

• Outstanding communication and client-facing skills.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
