Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product from inception to completion, covering both frontend and backend aspects.

• Create the frontend utilizing Vite and TypeScript technologies.

• Develop backend services using TypeScript.

• Deploy applications on Vercel integrated with Supabase/Postgres.

• Establish account infrastructure for generation, assignment, and scalability reliability.

• Manage over 100 active accounts posting daily.

• Construct an AI-driven user-generated content creation engine.

• Create internal workflows and tools for the account creation team.

• Develop agentic integrations through the MCP server and associated architecture.

• Make decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and technical trade-offs.

• Collaborate with the founder to influence the content and product roadmap.

• Engage with users to provide insights on product direction.

• Integrate AI and automation within the product and development workflows.

• Begin as a solo builder, then recruit, establish standards for, and lead future engineering talent.

• Report directly to the founder as the sole dedicated technical hire.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 11 years of professional experience.

• Extensive full-stack product engineering expertise.

• Proficient in building comprehensive solutions across both frontend and backend.

• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, Vite, React, Vercel, Supabase, and Postgres.

• Proven experience using the specified technology stack in production environments.

• Intuitive understanding of short-form content and its performance in feeds.

• Strong instincts related to product development and user experience.

• Experience with AI, automation, agentic integrations, and MCP server architecture.

• Essential skills: TypeScript, React.

• Desirable skill: Vercel.
