FullStack Developer – Frontend Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design and manage the visitor's personal account as well as various stages of the funnel, from landing pages to confirmed lessons.

• Take responsibility for attribution, which includes comprehensive visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and identifying gaps in V2L/V2B tracking.

• Create server-side integrations with advertising platforms such as Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.

• Develop and troubleshoot backend code in Python/Node, encompassing endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering.

• Facilitate A/B testing through feature rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code maintenance.

• Analyze production incidents via Sentry and ensure they are resolved effectively.

• Oversee and enhance public page speed and Core Web Vitals.

• Engage in planning sessions, grooming, code reviews, sprints, and releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of production experience with TypeScript and React.

• Capability to work autonomously on the backend using Python and Node.js, including endpoints, caching, and debugging SSR.

• Proficient in analytics and tracking, including GTM, event tracking, and server-side conversion delivery.

• Comprehension of the data flow from click to report and the ability to identify data leaks or losses.

• A product-focused mindset: engaging with metrics and hypotheses rather than solely addressing tickets.

• Proficiency in English.

• Preferred: Experience with GDPR and consent mechanism implementation on public pages.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Headless WordPress.

• Preferred: Experience in end-to-end testing using Playwright or Cypress.

• Preferred: Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.

• Preferred: Experience with CDN and edge caching (such as CloudFront or similar).

• Preferred: Practical experience with Sentry and managing production errors.
