Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop features independently across both frontend and backend.

• Enhance and maintain legacy code.

• Collaborate with the team to define the technical direction.

• Strike a balance between software quality and timely delivery.

• Engage with agentic AI technologies.

• Work alongside senior team members, the team leader, and the Head of Engineering to foster growth.

• Take part in the recruitment process, which includes a take-home assignment, a technical interview, and discussions on team culture and experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A mindset geared towards product development.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in React.js.

• Backend experience with Node.js.

• Ability to create usable and maintainable CSS/HTML.

• Familiarity with modern web applications and asset build pipelines.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns.

• Practical experience with agentic AI tools in a work setting.

• Solid knowledge of git and various git workflows.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Polish.

• Experience in refactoring legacy codebases (preferred).

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks like Django or Laravel (preferred).

• Experience with CI and build pipelines (preferred).

• Background in working for a product company (preferred).

• Strong writing skills demonstrated through documentation, README files, or blog contributions (preferred).

• Experience with fully remote work (preferred).

• Candidates must be residents of Poland.
