Full-Stack Software Developer, Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement backend and frontend solutions for applications, prioritizing quality, performance, best practices, simplicity, and user experience.

• Design and architect integrations of distributed systems utilizing approved AI tools, including RAG and semantic search.

• Develop, conduct unit tests, automate testing processes, deploy, and monitor solutions.

• Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing systems.

• Recognize common issues and patterns, and create standard operating procedures.

• Maintain, enhance, and review code through code reviews and pair programming, ensuring compliance with security, performance, and architectural standards.

• Define engineering guidelines, standards, and best practices for the safe and efficient deployment of AI assistants.

• Collaborate effectively, seek innovative solutions, and foster positive working relationships.

• Research and utilize new technologies when applicable.

• Contribute to both technical and functional enhancements.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring in software engineering and the application of AI tools.

• Implement integration solutions using CI/CD and GitHub, emphasizing continuous and secure delivery.

• Design, develop, and implement high-level architectures for integration systems.

• Formulate integration strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Evaluate integration risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring security, availability, and reliability.

• Document architectures, integration patterns, technical decisions, and best practice guidelines.

• Contribute to the adherence to development standards and recommended practices.
