Full-Stack Software Developer, AI-Enabled

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications for both front-end and back-end.

• Incorporate cutting-edge AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini, into current software solutions.

• Automate processes, create intelligent agents, and develop AI-driven workflows for internal use.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business objectives into functional AI-enhanced solutions.

• Establish data structures and pipelines, including basic RAG, to facilitate interaction with internal data through natural language.

• Manage databases and resolve bugs effectively.

• Produce clean and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices.

• Assist US-based clients with AI integration and digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Software Development.

• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, Express, Python, Django, or FastAPI.

• Practical experience with integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini.

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and API integrations.

• Proven experience in creating AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or automated workflows.

• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and the integration of internal business data.

• Proficient in relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Advanced level of English proficiency (B2/C1).

• Capability to articulate complex technical and AI-related concepts clearly to non-technical business owners and stakeholders.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus.

• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone.

• Experience in deploying scalable AI-powered commercial applications.

• Background in AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
