Full-Stack Software Developer, AI-Enabled

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement scalable web applications for both front-end and back-end.

• Integrate advanced AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini, into current software solutions.

• Automate various tasks, develop intelligent agents, and establish AI-driven internal workflows.

• Engage directly with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business needs into functional AI-enhanced solutions.

• Implement data structures and pipelines, including basic RAG, for natural-language interaction with internal datasets.

• Maintain databases and diagnose bugs effectively.

• Produce clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.

• Lead the initiative for AI adoption and digital transformation within US-based organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Software Development.

• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, Express, Python, Django, or FastAPI.

• Practical experience with integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini.

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and API integrations.

• Experience in developing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or automated workflows.

• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and the integration of internal business data.

• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, and/or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

• Advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1).

• Capability to communicate complex technical and AI concepts to non-technical business owners and stakeholders.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent remote working abilities.

• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone.

• Experience in deploying scalable AI-powered commercial applications.

• Background in AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
