Full Stack Product Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Deliver features across the platform utilizing FastAPI services, React front ends, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Run.

• Take ownership of sprint commitments from start to finish: scoping, building, testing, and releasing.

• Ensure the platform remains fast and reliable by implementing monitoring, incident response, and sustainable fixes.

• Collaborate with coding agents on a daily basis to refine conventions, prompts, and guardrails.

• Develop solutions for real users conducting live client operations via the platform.

• Make architectural decisions, document the rationale, and manage technical debt effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the AI Developer on shared infrastructure and AI-driven products.

• Oversee the daily development and enhancement of the Content Operating System.

• Execute the roadmap with weekly guidance from the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building and managing production web systems.

• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI or similar), React, TypeScript, and relational databases.

• Proven experience in deploying, monitoring, and debugging systems on GCP or AWS.

• Regular utilization of AI tools.

• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously within a small team.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Must have core hours that overlap with European time zones.
