Full Stack Engineer – Vue, Nest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the entire application stack, encompassing API, UI, CI/CD, and hosting.

• Maintain, enhance, and scale the current MVP developed with Nest.JS, Mongoose, MongoDB (Atlas), Redis, Vue, and Tanstack.

• Modernize the platform by employing cost-effective, scalable solutions like Vercel, Supabase, or comparable technologies.

• Work closely with founders to prioritize development tasks, roll out new features, and enhance product performance.

• Detect bottlenecks and apply solutions to boost speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure with Terraform.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite development, enhance product features, and secure competitive advantages.

• Take charge of current systems, modernize the architecture, and ensure the product scales with the growing user base.

• Partner with leading clients from the United States and Europe to deliver digital solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Nest.JS and Mongoose / MongoDB.

• Strong front-end expertise with Vue and Tanstack.

• Knowledge of Redis, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and cloud hosting (AWS Beanstalk).

• Experience with modern hosting platforms such as Vercel and backend services like Supabase is highly preferred.

• Capability to comprehend the complete product stack and take comprehensive ownership of components.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities along with skills to optimize for scalability and performance.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with founders in a dynamic and evolving setting.

• Background in cost-sensitive environments and the ability to make thoughtful technology trade-offs.

• Proficient in English.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI-driven product enhancements.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in modernizing legacy systems or MVPs for improved scalability.
