Full-Stack Engineer, Java, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping solutions from the clarification of requirements and technical concept development all the way through to implementation.

• Create and manage cloud-native applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus, and AWS.

• Develop serverless, scalable applications closely integrated with the platform.

• Assume full responsibility for the development, operation, and quality of services.

• Engage in test-driven development while writing clean, maintainable, and securely scalable code.

• Evaluate existing architectures and further enhance products for real-estate valuation, appraisals, and document procurement.

• Contribute to frontend development using Angular and TypeScript as required.

• Leverage AI as a tool to assist with coding and testing.

• Proficient in full-stack development with Java.

• Experienced with cloud-native architectures on AWS.

• Familiarity with test-driven development and clean coding practices.

• Knowledge of security, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation.

• Willingness to take ownership of technical and functional decisions within the team.

• Strong self-organization skills, initiative, and motivation.

• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and commitment to ongoing development.

• Fluent in German, as it is the primary language of the team.

• Experience with Angular or Quarkus is an added advantage.
