Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance web applications and service layers utilizing real-time data processing, integration, and decision-making platforms.

• Create REST APIs and services along with the front-end applications that utilize them.

• Develop single-page applications using React and TypeScript.

• Build services in Python and FastAPI while collaborating with JVM-based platform APIs.

• Engage with relational databases, charting, dashboarding, authentication, and role-based access control.

• Integrate various messaging platforms, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp.

• Contribute to GenAI product surfaces, focusing on streaming LLM chat over regulated data, MCP tool integration, and metadata enrichment pipelines.

• Work alongside senior engineers to transition prototypes into production environments.

• Leverage AI coding agents and specialized repository skills for ticket analysis, execution, and documentation purposes.

• Develop products capable of processing hundreds of billions of events daily for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a distributed Agile team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in developing web applications, with a portfolio of work to discuss.

• Strong foundational knowledge in programming — including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

• Practical experience with a modern front-end framework, preferably React.

• Understanding of core web technologies: DOM, fetch, ES modules, HTML, and CSS authored manually.

• Experience in building and utilizing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational data modeling.

• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT).

• Ability to articulate, justify, and troubleshoot all code produced while identifying plausible yet erroneous generated code.

• Competence in development and debugging within a Linux environment.

• Knowledge of Git and collaborative code review practices.

• Capacity to work within a distributed team using Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; must be a collaborative team member.

• Preferred: Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, Redux, or Material-UI.

• Preferred: Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, or asynchronous Python.

• Preferred: Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context management, tool integration, MCP, RAG, or agent frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience with data visualization libraries such as ECharts, ApexCharts, D3, or Plotly.

• Preferred: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Preferred: Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like pytest, Playwright, Cypress, or Jest.

• Preferred: Exposure to Java or Scala, or a willingness to learn.

• Preferred: Understanding of authentication, RBAC, or multi-tenant permission models.

• Preferred: Experience with cloud services from AWS, Google, or Azure.

• Preferred: Knowledge of big data or streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark, or HDFS.

• Preferred: Experience with NoSQL databases.

• Preferred: Contributions to open-source projects.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Jupyter, pandas, or NumPy for data exploration.
