This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Utilize AI coding tools for code, tests, and documentation as the primary method of operation.
β’ Leverage AI to enhance productivity in unfamiliar codebases and client domains.
β’ Review, execute, and test AI-generated outputs prior to submitting pull requests.
β’ Share effective prompts, contextual files, and AI-assisted engineering practices with the team.
β’ Design and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, and Sling Models.
β’ Configure and support AEM Assets and DAM workflows.
β’ Develop Java backend services and assist in enterprise system integrations.
β’ Create component-based frontend experiences using React JS or a similar framework.
β’ Implement design-system and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.
β’ Adhere to Git branching and pull-request protocols while actively participating in code reviews.
β’ Troubleshoot CI/CD build failures, quality gate problems, and failing tests.
β’ Write and sustain automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
β’ Assist in security testing and remediation efforts.
β’ Take ownership of features within a sprint and escalate design inquiries to senior engineers or architects.
β’ Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases.
β’ Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, clients, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Current and hands-on daily experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar across code, tests, and documentation.
β’ Capability to review, test, comprehend, explain, and defend AI-generated code before committing it.
β’ 4β6+ years of comprehensive software engineering experience across the full stack.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
β’ Proficiency in developing AEM Sites components and templates.
β’ Familiarity with Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, client libraries, and OSGi services.
β’ Practical experience with AEM Assets, including DAM workflows and basic metadata.
β’ Strong skills in core Java 8+, Spring, and RESTful API design.
β’ Experience with React JS or a modern frontend framework such as Angular or Vue.
β’ Component-driven development experience.
β’ Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
β’ Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for automated testing.
β’ Experience in Agile teams and involvement in Scrum ceremonies.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Comfort in collaborating with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Ability to work during Australia & New Zealand business hours.

β’ Adobe certification, AEMaaCS, Edge Delivery Services, CRM integrations, Node.js, microservices, and other related technologies are advantageous but not mandatory.
