Full-Stack Development Specialist – Java, .NET, Python, Node.js/TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture professionals within the field

• Offer technical guidance, career advancement, ongoing training, and talent retention strategies

• Establish and uphold software engineering standards, frameworks, best practices, and guidelines

• Lead and organize the Development Center of Excellence, ensuring skills and delivery capabilities remain current

• Create and oversee the technical roadmap for the discipline

• Assess and advocate for the integration of new technologies, tools, and certifications

• Facilitate the adoption and progression of SAI App 3.0

• Assist with team allocation, capacity planning, and strategies for team composition

• Collaborate with Client Faces and various stakeholders

• Act as a technical and personnel reference within the Center of Excellence (COE)

• Aid in team composition and the development of solutions that meet client requirements

• Serve as the primary technical and personnel reference for the Development discipline

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Back-end and/or Front-end development

• Proficient in at least one of the primary technology stacks: Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript, with the capability to operate in multi-stack environments

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and integration processes

• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

• Knowledge of CI/CD and modern software engineering methodologies

• Expertise in Clean Code principles, automated testing, and Code Review practices

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams

• Capability to define standards and spearhead technical governance initiatives

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, including engagement with leaders and Client Faces

• Experience in pricing and creating technical proposals

• Familiarity with project estimation, taking into account effort, seniority, competencies, and team structure

• Knowledge of and experience with AI in software development

• Experience utilizing code copilots

• Experience with AI-assisted code generation

• Experience with assisted code refactoring

• Experience in prompt engineering

• Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish

• Preferred: experience in Mobile development

• Preferred: experience in modernizing legacy systems
