Full Stack Developer – Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications utilizing Node.js, alongside frontend applications using React, while ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.

• Design, create, and support APIs and integrations with both internal systems and external third-party services.

• Implement new features, address bugs, and consistently improve existing systems.

• Engage in requirements analysis and define technical solutions that align with business objectives.

• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.

• Conduct data modeling and integrate with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Monitor and enhance application performance, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating technical risks.

• Investigate and resolve incidents, providing technical support when necessary.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, DevOps, and Front-end teams.

• Contribute to the advancement of architecture, development standards, and technical documentation.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting planning, refinement, and delivery tracking.

• Stay informed about trends, tools, and best practices within the Node.js ecosystem and backend development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in backend development using Node.js.

• Experience in frontend development with React.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Understanding of software architecture, development best practices, and design patterns.

• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.

• Ability to analyze and resolve medium- to high-complexity technical challenges.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.

• Understanding of messaging systems, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.

• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.

• Knowledge of observability, application monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Experience in e-commerce environments, digital products, or high-availability platforms.
