This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership of the website strategy from start to finish, continually optimizing the site to enhance conversion rates and performance.
• Design, develop, and manage Contentful content models, fields, spaces, and environments effectively.
• Supervise structured content delivery utilizing GraphQL/REST API queries, webhooks, and contemporary data-handling protocols.
• Create and uphold responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing web experiences.
• Integrate Contentful with HubSpot, web analytics tools, AWS, Amazon CloudFront, S3, and Heroku.
• Upgrade, expand, and maintain internal AI-driven automation tools using platforms like OpenAI.
• Assess site health, user engagement, and marketing funnel performance through GA4, Hotjar, and various data visualization tools.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests aimed at maximizing lead conversion rates.
• Track conversion rates, bounce rates, and form drop-off trends, addressing any conversion obstacles.
• Deploy and oversee event tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Conduct quality assurance on new pages for tag firing, conversion pixel accuracy, and clean UTM parameters.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure data flows from web touchpoints into CRMs, data platforms, and executive dashboards.
• Create and deliver CMS onboarding and training sessions.
• Offer technical support, documentation, troubleshooting, and governance for content contributors.
• Advocate for web publishing best practices.
• Implement technical SEO requirements in collaboration with the SEO Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in creating high-performing, robust, responsive, and cross-browser compatible Server-Side Rendering (SSR) websites.
• Practical experience with Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Direct experience in configuring, managing, and querying headless CMS environments, with a strong preference for Contentful.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, JSON, REST, and GraphQL.
• Proficient in managing deployments and environments within AWS, S3, Amazon CloudFront, Heroku, Git, and Jira.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital operations.
• At least 1–2 years specifically focused on managing content within a headless CMS environment.
• Strong data-driven approach.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities across design and marketing teams.
• Capability to troubleshoot critical bugs under pressure with a high degree of autonomy.
