Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance RainFocus's primary product suite with an emphasis on user experience, security, and scalability.

• Work closely with Product Management and UX to create thoughtful, client-facing solutions.

• Develop and refine advanced prototypes that incorporate LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.

• Execute full-stack features, covering everything from database schemas and backend services to frontend components and real-time user interactions.

• Create enterprise-level web applications utilizing Java, React, and SQL.

• Assist in leading small teams to design and deliver top-notch SaaS products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience with full stack codebases.

• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-Assisted Engineering tools.

• Knowledge of working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures.

• Experience in peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggesting improvements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with Agile Software Development practices.

• Proficient in Object-Oriented design and programming principles.

• Skilled in RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, including database design and advanced SQL techniques.

• Experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

• Ability to effectively balance engineering and product needs while considering both short-term and long-term objectives.

• Strong expertise in backend systems within service-oriented architectures.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI Agentic frameworks.

• Experience in driving zero-to-one development for essential technical capabilities.

• Proficiency with Struts2 MVC and Spring Framework.

• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs.

• Previous experience as a team leader.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Self-driven, collaborative, inquisitive, comfortable with uncertainty, open to feedback, and quick to learn.
