Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement modern Single Page Applications utilizing React, Angular, or comparable technologies.

• Create intuitive, responsive, and maintainable front-end solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs employing FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

• Design and integrate applications with relational databases, emphasizing PostgreSQL.

• Construct end-to-end functionality that encompasses front-end, backend, APIs, authentication, and data layers.

• Collaborate with data engineers, platform engineers, architects, product stakeholders, and clients to convert business requirements into applications.

• Integrate applications and user experiences with data and analytics platforms.

• Lead technical decisions, produce clean and well-tested code, and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

• Take ownership of deliverables from initial concept to production deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.

• Extensive experience in full-stack application development.

• Proven experience in designing and building production Single Page Applications using React, Angular, or similar technologies.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Practical experience in developing backend services and REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.

• Solid experience in relational database design, querying, performance optimization, and integration; PostgreSQL preferred.

• Familiarity with modern web architecture, API integration, authentication, security, testing, and deployment practices.

• Capability to independently take a feature or application from concept to production delivery.

• Experience with Databricks Apps or the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform is a plus but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Databricks APIs, SQL Warehouses, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, or Lakehouse architectures is advantageous.

• Experience in developing data-intensive or analytics-focused web applications is a bonus.

• Familiarity with cloud application development using AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial.
