Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.

• Play a key role in technical decision-making and the advancement of the software architecture.

• Ensure the application's quality, performance, security, and stability.

• Work collaboratively with team members to identify and execute effective technical solutions.

• Engage in sprint planning, task estimation, and Agile development methodologies.

• Perform code reviews and contribute to the sharing of knowledge.

• Enhance development practices, tools, and the CI/CD pipeline.

• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to boost productivity, enhance development quality, and encourage innovation.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years in software development.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.

• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.

• Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, and Cursor is advantageous.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a continuous desire to learn.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for teamwork and engaging in technical discussions.

• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and proactivity.
