Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop responsive, interactive user interfaces utilizing contemporary frontend technologies.

• Construct and sustain backend services and APIs using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Implement features throughout the entire application stack, linking frontend experiences with backend services and data.

• Design, execute, and manage databases and data integrations.

• Develop and interact with APIs, including services based on GraphQL.

• Identify and resolve issues across frontend, backend, integrations, and production environments.

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous delivery practices.

• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD workflows.

• Enhance application performance and ensure reliable production deployments.

• Collaborate with developers, QA professionals, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Document technical decisions and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, while critically evaluating generated output.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with modern development frameworks and languages, particularly React and Node.js.

• Strong practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Proficient in frontend development, APIs, backend services, authentication, testing, and debugging.

• Experience in deploying or supporting applications in production settings.

• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo.

• Solid understanding of Git, pull request workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working from the command line in Mac or Linux environments.

• Ability to create a prototype and advance it to a production-ready solution.

• Participation in at least one large-scale project.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to swiftly learn new concepts, technologies, and development practices.

• Clear communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.

• Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor, with the ability to understand and critically assess AI-generated code.

• Knowledge of responsible AI development practices, including the proper handling of client code and data.

• Advanced English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with an international team.

• Contract duration: 6 months.

• Candidates must currently reside in Latin America.
