Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable, secure, fault-tolerant, and thoroughly documented web applications for both backend and frontend.

• Construct and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and contemporary web user interfaces.

• Develop automated tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of applications.

• Collaborate with engineers, testers, designers, and product owners to produce high-quality products.

• Review, debug, optimize, and refactor code to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Engage in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

• Actively identify and discuss enhancements related to system performance, security, user experience, and overall performance.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development focused on web applications.

• Strong proficiency in either backend or frontend development, alongside a working understanding of the complementary technology stack.

• For backend-oriented developers: at least 4 years of experience with .NET/ASP.NET Core, Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), or Python (Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks).

• For frontend-oriented developers: at least 4 years of experience with React or Angular.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Comfortable working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis databases.

• Strong grasp of software development best practices and clean coding principles, including SOLID, KISS, DRY, and YAGNI.

• Knowledge of web fundamentals such as HTTP, TLS/SSL, authentication, security best practices, performance, and optimization strategies.

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development processes.

• Good English communication abilities and effective collaboration within a cross-functional team.

• Experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, NestJS, Django, or FastAPI is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.

• Experience in writing automated tests is beneficial.

• Familiarity with monitoring application and database performance is advantageous.

• Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
