Full-Stack AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain components of an enterprise-level agentic development environment utilizing Kiro or similar platforms.

• Execute multi-agent workflows for generating requirements, design, code generation, testing, and documentation.

• Contribute to scalable development methodologies and reusable frameworks for application delivery.

• Create MVPs and proofs of concept in collaboration with Product and Design partners.

• Transform business requirements and natural language inputs into user stories, technical designs, UI prototypes, and functioning applications.

• Iterate on concepts through AI-assisted development cycles while collecting feedback from stakeholders.

• Build and maintain application templates, starter kits, Angular component libraries, NestJS/Node.js service frameworks, AI agent workflows, and prompt libraries.

• Promote and apply consistent architecture and coding standards across teams.

• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews.

• Integrate LLM-based tools into the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines.

• Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and maintainability, enhancing prompts and workflows as needed.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI-native development practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Assist in the implementation of governance, security, quality controls, and validation processes for AI-generated artifacts.

• Participate in workshops, demonstrations, and documentation efforts.

• Mentor mid-level and junior developers.

• Operate within the architectural guidance provided by platform architects and oversee feature delivery from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Strong practical expertise in NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.

• Solid grasp of software architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

• Experience in building or contributing to developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions.

• Proven track record of delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, or innovation initiatives.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders while clearly communicating technical concepts.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools, agentic AI platforms, or multi-agent frameworks.

• Preference for candidates with experience in Kiro.

• Preferred experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP architectures, or AI orchestration platforms.

• Background in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Internal Developer Platforms is preferred.

• Experience in building or contributing to enterprise design systems and reusable UI libraries is preferred.

• Experience in mentoring engineers or supporting AI adoption and innovation programs is preferred.

• Availability to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm local time to align with US hours.
