Fulfillment Operations Generalist, Part-time, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders throughout the fulfillment process, from order allocation to delivery.

• Communicate daily with fulfillment centers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners regarding order volumes, operational challenges, and fulfillment strategies.

• Act as a primary contact for fulfillment partners.

• Track fulfillment KPIs and pinpoint areas for enhancing operational efficiency.

• Manage order queues to ensure distribution aligns with established fulfillment protocols.

• Coordinate product substitutions as necessary while ensuring adherence to internal regulations.

• Monitor operational data, recognize potential challenges, and proactively assist in their resolution.

• Collaborate with Logistics to assess carrier performance, delivery schedules, and network concerns.

• Work alongside Customer Support, Customer Experience, and other internal teams to address fulfillment and logistics challenges.

• Assist in inventory monitoring to maintain sufficient product availability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple operational priorities.

• Proactive and adaptable mindset, able to effectively respond to unforeseen circumstances.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Availability to work approximately 25 hours per week.

• Availability during early weekday morning hours in EST, specifically from 5:00 to 9:00 AM EST.

• Prior experience working with 3PL providers.

• Background in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer sales, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Familiarity with inventory management or order management systems.

• Experience in tracking operational KPIs and enhancing fulfillment processes.

• Exposure to quality assurance or cost optimization projects.

• Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams to enhance operational tools.
