FSP Site Payment Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial assistance related to processing payments for investigative sites.

• Oversee the complete site payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Create payment requests, monitor their status, and manage invoice data within Veeva Clinical.

• Work in conjunction with the CTM to establish fee schedules using standardized templates that align with study-specific visits, procedures, and payment triggers.

• Execute payments based on significant study milestones, such as site close-out or termination.

• Gather data, address issues and risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and country regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent along with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Technical roles may necessitate a certificate.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant prior experience.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A keen affinity for numbers and financial figures.

• Precision and attention to detail while handling data.

• Proficiency in English.

• Prior experience in Clinical Operations is preferred.

• Professional training in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
