This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiology imaging products.
• Install and set up imaging equipment along with related ICT and electrical devices.
• Service and maintain imaging devices to ensure they function correctly and perform optimally.
• Collaborate with Agfa’s Shared Service Centre on service, maintenance, updates, and installations.
• Keep test equipment, tools, and company assets in excellent working condition.
• Manage spare parts in accordance with company protocols.
• Enhance personal, colleague, and customer knowledge through ongoing development and improvement.
• Foster relationships and maintain teamwork with both internal and external partners.
• Identify and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction or contractual obligations.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Northern England territory.
• Serve as a liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and customers, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of technical challenges.
• HNC/D degree in electromechanics, electronics, computer science, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Previous field service experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong IT proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of networking infrastructure.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to work within the Northern England region.
• Capability to comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and work procedures.
