This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop user-friendly and accessible interfaces that enable advertisers to create and manage their campaigns effectively.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to transform advertiser requirements into well-defined projects.

• Take charge of the technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment for medium-scale frontend projects.

• Proactively communicate progress, dependencies, and potential risks to allow partners to adjust their plans accordingly.

• Conduct code reviews and document technical decisions to aid the team in maintaining and enhancing its work.

• Enhance frontend performance and reliability, resolve bugs, and contribute reusable components and design patterns.

• Manage medium-sized frontend projects from the clarification of requirements and technical solution proposals through to implementation and release.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on frontend engineering.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining production-grade web applications.

• Capability to decompose a project, assess technical tradeoffs, and independently deliver a solution.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective problem-solving.

• Experience in writing maintainable code, testing your work, and engaging in code reviews.
