Frontend Developer – React, HTML/CSS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain projects using React.

• Create responsive, high-quality user interfaces based on Figma designs.

• Engage in redesigns and customization of current products.

• Build reusable frontend components and enhance existing solutions.

• Ensure the quality, usability, and consistency of the UI across various devices and browsers.

• Take part in task estimation, technical discussions, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, product teams, and other development groups.

• Investigate and troubleshoot frontend issues in current projects.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of frontend development processes and internal products.

• Work on existing React-based products, incorporating new designs and functionalities to improve user experience.

• Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to HTML/CSS and UI implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional Frontend development experience.

• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS/SCSS.

• Experience in creating responsive and adaptive layouts with a keen eye for design details.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).

• Commercial experience with React and React Hooks.

• Good understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.

• Experience using Figma.

• Ability to comprehend and work with an established codebase.

• Capability to estimate development tasks and take ownership of their completion.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Proficient in Russian, both written and spoken.

• Experience managing multiple projects or products simultaneously (nice to have).

• Experience with code reviews (nice to have).

• Experience in investigating and resolving frontend performance or cross-browser issues (nice to have).

• Experience working in a product company or with white-label products (nice to have).
