Front End Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation, upkeep, and enhancement of the company's worldwide web platform.

• Design, create, and manage Drupal themes and associated front-end elements.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and business stakeholders on product launches, campaigns, improvements to customer experience, and microsites.

• Convert UI/UX designs, business needs, and functional specifications into responsive, accessible, and scalable web solutions.

• Create and maintain landing pages, email templates, forms, nurture programs, microsites, and various other digital assets.

• Oversee web projects from planning and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

• Administer and provide support for web applications within the marketing technology ecosystem.

• Work with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Diagnose, test, and enhance websites and digital experiences for performance, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Assist with global SEO initiatives and apply web best practices.

• Investigate and adopt technologies, tools, and enhancements that boost web functionality and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level websites.

• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.

• Experience in creating responsive websites and email templates.

• Familiarity with Drupal or other enterprise content management systems.

• Strong knowledge of front-end development best practices, including accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working in Agile development settings.

• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Preferred: experience with Oracle Eloqua, multilingual and multi-domain websites, SEO strategy and implementation, e-commerce platforms, digital commerce websites, marketing technology, and customer engagement platforms.
