Front End Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and development of an Epic initiative that encompasses Cadence, Prelude, Cheers, and associated functionalities.

• Contribute to the optimization of enterprise Patient Access processes.

• Offer specialized knowledge and expertise.

• Lead the redesign of workflows.

• Aid in the establishment of enterprise-wide standards.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams.

• Promote adoption and drive measurable improvements in performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in front-end support for Epic design and build projects.

• Extensive experience in senior healthcare operations consulting.

• Proven experience in Epic Patient Access optimization, particularly with Cadence and Prelude.

• Basic knowledge of LeanTaaS implementation is a plus.

• Familiarity with Infusion Center access enhancement is advantageous.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Prior Authorization (eMPA) strategy is beneficial.

• Capability to provide specialized knowledge and facilitate workflow redesign.

• Proficient in establishing enterprise standards and collaborating with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams.
