French-speaking Customer & Technical Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers of a high-end home appliance brand with general customer support.

• Offer technical troubleshooting assistance.

• Address issues remotely.

• Schedule technician visits when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French: C1.

• Proficiency in English: B2.

• Candidates must be residents of Greece.

• Must possess a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.

• No prior experience is necessary for general support roles.

• Advanced remote-assistance positions may require a minimum of 6 months of contact center experience.

• Must be available between 09:00 and 20:00.
