French Content Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review and revise content generated by the team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to the tone of voice specific to each portal.

• Guarantee the grammatical, spelling, and stylistic precision of French content, considering regional variations.

• Verify facts and maintain textual consistency throughout.

• Propose structural and editorial enhancements based on performance metrics, team input, and project goals.

• Recommend modifications to articles, pages, and various written materials.

• Collaborate on editorial planning, aiding in organization, standardization, and best practices for digital content.

• Independently manage the review workflow while adhering to deadlines.

• Act as the final quality assurance check prior to the publication of content on Beside Media’s French-language portals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level French language skills or equivalent proficiency.

• Strong understanding of French grammar, spelling, syntax, and style in digital formats.

• Prior experience in reviewing and editing digital content, including blogs, websites, articles, and institutional materials.

• Capability to interpret and implement style guides and internal editorial standards.

• 100% manual review required.

• Knowledge of SEO and best practices for web content.

• Proficiency in English is a significant asset for handling international materials.

• Experience with content platforms catering to French-speaking audiences.

• Background in high-volume editorial settings.

• Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.

• Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools like Notion, Trello, and Monday.

• Strong attention to brand consistency and tone of voice.

• Ability to provide structured editorial feedback to writers.

• Bachelor’s degree (as specified in the job posting).
