Freelance Virtual Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Organize and perform 1-hour virtual audits with restaurants, encompassing preparation and review.

• Facilitate interactive sessions based on a structured questionnaire.

• Assess food safety, adherence to brand standards, and operational compliance.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching based on findings.

• Accurately and promptly complete audit reports.

• Maintain professional communication and uphold brand standards throughout.

• Engage in limited test audits and program modifications during the first week of October.

• Transition to full-time virtual audits commencing in November.

• Execute preparation, interaction, coaching, and report writing for each audit.

• Exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong reading and interpretation skills.

• Knowledge of food safety is considered an asset.

• Innate ability for professional interaction, coaching, teaching, and training.

• Proficiency in multiple languages.

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time.

• Reliable internet connection, access to a laptop, and a quiet workspace are essential.

• Fluency in both German and English.

• Availability for scheduled calls is required.

• Candidates are needed by the end of September for 2 weeks of paid training.
