This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage post-production tasks within current DaVinci projects.
• Edit vertical-format advertisements for partner wineries.
• Refine existing versions and carry out minor edits as needed.
• Combine impactful hooks, coherent pacing, appropriate B-roll, titles, natural color adjustments, and clear audio.
• Ensure media is properly linked, maintain clear and traceable edit timelines, and export final versions according to the designated process.
• Utilize AI to streamline repetitive tasks and propose enhanced workflows.
• In the long run, edit 5–10-minute long-form videos for TAFKA with modern editing techniques, compelling openings, animations, and integrated visuals.
• Ideally, use Claude to animate provided HTML content and incorporate the results into videos.
• Collaborate with briefs, raw footage, assets, templates, and documented procedures.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve Studio, demonstrating confidence in using the software.
• Possessing your own Studio license is preferable; however, we can provide one if necessary.
• Strong work samples showcasing both short-form ads and longer videos.
• Practical experience with AI tools and the capability to articulate how they enhance your efficiency or quality of work.
• Experience with DaVinci MCP is an advantage.
• Excellent German language skills: able to confidently edit German scripts, on-screen text, and corrections.
• Independent, focused, and goal-oriented work ethic.
• Proactively request any missing information or assets and report challenges directly.
• Reliable communication: respond within 24 hours on business days.
• Google Mail address for coordination via Google Chat.
• Upon agreement on availability, typically deliver the first cut within one to two business days after the agreed start date.
• Blackmagic Cloud account required for accessing the shared project library.
• A computer and internet connection capable of reliably handling the projects.
• 100% remote: work from anywhere that suits you best.
• Long-term collaboration: starting with a package of 10–20 hours, followed by approximately 4–8 hours per month as a guideline.
• Advance notice: we typically announce new projects about two weeks in advance or agree on specific time frames with you.
• Clear framework: documented processes, briefs, and existing projects facilitate a quick onboarding experience.
• Shared workflow: DaVinci Cloud for projects, along with Google Drive and Insync for local file synchronization.
• We cover the cost of Insync.
• Direct communication: brief coordination, specific feedback, and opportunities for meaningful improvement suggestions.
