📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance production-quality frontend code for a range of enterprise websites utilizing modern web technologies.

• Actively engage in peer code reviews while adhering to industry best practices.

• Uphold high standards concerning code maintainability.

• Create thorough technical documentation.

• Collaborate effectively in an agile, multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers and UI/UX professionals.

• Construct elegant, maintainable, and well-documented code with a clear separation of concerns.

• Contribute to refined design, micro-interactions, and the overall user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional web development experience producing clean, production-ready HTML, CSS, and TypeScript or JavaScript.

• Solid hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (such as React or Angular) to create structured, maintainable, and scalable web experiences.

• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines and optimization techniques.

• Experience in creating smooth, high-performance animations using CSS, GSAP, Framer Motion, or similar tools.

• Proven track record of delivering projects for external clients on fixed deadlines, preferably in an agency setting.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while showcasing proactive communication, creative problem-solving, and a team-oriented approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent practical experience.

• Bonus: experience with backend development (Python, TypeScript, Go) and integrating AI into user experiences.
