Freelance Portuguese Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and instruct 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide private one-on-one lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design customized learning paths for each student.

• Monitor student progress during lessons.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 Level proficiency in Portuguese.

• A valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university qualifications.

• Experience in online teaching and delivering one-on-one coaching or customized learning support.

• Fluency in additional languages, with a minimum of B2 proficiency in at least one.

• Ability to teach skills such as presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• A modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.
