Freelance Norwegian Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and conduct 45-minute online lessons for corporate clientele.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design tailored learning paths to meet the specific needs of each student.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress throughout lessons.

• Establish clear educational objectives for learners.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Norwegian.

• A valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university qualifications.

• Proven experience in online education and delivering 1:1 coaching or customized learning assistance.

• Fluency in an additional language at a B2 level or higher.

• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiation techniques, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication effectively.

• Exceptional communication abilities to engage and instruct students.

• High-speed internet connection.

• Modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Compliance with local freelance or contractor regulations is required.
