Freelance Portuguese Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oceania.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individual 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways.

• Monitor student progress throughout lessons.

• Establish clear learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Portuguese.

• Valid teaching certification such as TEFL/CELTA or equivalent university qualifications.

• Experience in online education and delivering 1:1 coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• Proficiency at B2 level or higher in an additional language.

• Ability to teach skills including presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Up-to-date laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance/contractor regulations.
