Freelance Online Spanish Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and deliver online 45-minute lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized private lessons focused on language instruction and customized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Design personalized learning pathways for each student.

• Monitor progress throughout lessons and establish clear objectives.

• Facilitate online group classes that emphasize active learning and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish at a C2 level.

• Possession of a valid teaching certification, such as TEFL/CELTA, or relevant university qualifications.

• Experience in online education and delivering personalized coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

• Ability to teach skills such as presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Strong communication abilities to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Access to a high-speed internet connection.

• A modern laptop or desktop computer equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Compliance with local freelance or contractor regulations is required.
