Freelance Medical Post-Editors, French-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Translate, post-edit, and review clinical trial documentation to ensure compliance with the medical and ethical standards of the target language.

• Improve the readability, accuracy, and coherence of scientific and medical documents while maintaining the original meaning.

• Work collaboratively with translation teams to provide constructive feedback and recommend necessary corrections.

• Keep abreast of the latest terminology and advancements in the medical field to guarantee current and precise translations.

• Ensure that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical translation and post-editing.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.

• Fluency in the source language.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical terminology and concepts.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with memoQ (preferred).

• A Medical or Pharmaceutical degree would be advantageous (preferred).
