Freelance Medical Post-Editors, Dutch-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Translate, edit, and review documentation related to clinical trials.

• Ensure that all documents meet the medical and ethical standards of the target language.

• Improve the readability, accuracy, and coherence of scientific and medical texts while preserving their original meaning.

• Work collaboratively with translation teams to offer constructive feedback and recommend necessary revisions.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and terminology in the medical field.

• Ensure that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.

• Contribute to global health communication and assist in overcoming language barriers in medical knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in clinical translation or post-editing.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in the source language.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical terminology and concepts.

• Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with memoQ is preferred.
