Freelance Mechanical CFD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks.

• Utilize CAD geometry to establish and execute simulations.

• Develop verified reference solutions.

• Create Python scripts to validate agent outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline such as energy or oil & gas.

• Several years of practical industry or research experience in CFD with tools like OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, inclusive of meshing techniques.

• Strong verification and validation practices, including conducting mesh-independence studies and validating against experimental data or benchmarks.

• Proficiency in Python and GitHub.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Preferred: background in aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery fields.

• Preferred: experience with multiphase or particle-laden flow.
